"Mom, where do you think I am? Chaos?" I was surprised, and a bit confused by my daughter's question, but as we snuggled in her bed she continued, "Was it unsettling, then chaos, settling?" she asked. It finally dawned on me that my nine year old was remembering a lesson from our month at MTI , missions training we attended previous to our move to St Kitts, over two years ago!   As we discussed the "transition bridge" I realized that transitioning to school had been a bigger deal for her than I had thought. Of course she would have to work through the process! Of course navigating friendships, class work, playground drama, and school projects would cause some chaotic feelings! And I am so grateful that she was given the tools to talk about it and work through it.   Looking back over September, it was a time of major transition for all four of us.
